Delete account
Here you can permanently delete your CHecked account and all associated data — even without the app.
What gets deleted?
Your account and all associated data are removed from the server immediately and irreversibly:
- Your account (email, display name, password)
- All visited and planned spots and ratings
- Your spot suggestions and issue reports
- Archived spots and active sessions on all devices
None of this can be restored after deletion. Data stored only locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

No longer have your password?
Write to support@hung.ch from your registered email address. We will then delete the account manually within 30 days.
